Use this property page to change options that effect the generation of the index file.

Output file

Specifies the path of the index file. The index file is the file that contains index keywords that enable you to quickly find information.

The default filename for HTML Help 1.0 is 'index.hpp'. The default filename for Microsoft Help 2.0 is 'index.HxK'.

Include keyword markup in topic pages

Select this option to automatically include K-link keyword markup in topics.

Include associative keyword markup from in topic pages

Select this option to automatically include A-link keyword markup in topics.

Include context keyword markup from in topic pages

Select this option to automatically include F-link keyword markup in topics.
