Use this property page to specify advanced options that determine the directories and filenames for the HTML topic pages.
- Output directory
- Specifies the location of the folder that will contain all generated files, such as table of contents files, index files, and HTML topic pages. Use a relative path to create the output files relative to the folder that contains your Word document.
- The default value for the output directory is 'output'.
- HTML directory
- Specifies the default directory for the generated HTML topic files. Use a relative path to create the HTML files relative to the output directory.
- The default value for the HTML directory is 'html'.
- Image directory
- Specifies the default directory for the image files. Use a relative path to create the image files relative to the output directory.
- The default value is 'images'.
- Create lower-case filenames
- Select this option to create all lower-case filenames.
- Allow Unicode characters in filenames
- Select this option to allow Unicode characters in filenames. This option is to be used with care as not all systems can handle Unicode, which may disable certain viewers from displaying the help file.
- Allow creation of VML
- Select this option to allow Help Producer to create VML (vector meta language) code. VML can be used to generate high-quality vector graphics, as well for client side image processing.
VML is currently only supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher. Other browsers will display down-level HTML code, which may result in less quality.
- Allow creation of PNG images
- Select this option to allow Help Producer to create PNG images.
- Embedded Script
- Click to embed small scripts directly into the Word document. The script is executed every time the Export, Compile, or Display function is run.
